There is energy all around us, the techniques used in Taichi and Brain Education help to use energy to calm the mind. As young Jedi become sensitive to energy, they can use it to control the emotions, increase focus, and improve balance. As calmness develops the mind becomes flexible and solutions to problems become easier, this builds confidence and control. 

Fencing is a modern and exciting competitive sport involving the skilled use of the three sport weapons – foil, épée and sabre. … It is a sport which relies on the use of tactics, balance, flexibility and strategy as well as speed and skill while facing your opponent.


 – physical skill + games = fun.
