Robot Adventures – Build.Design.Showcase

Build. Design. Showcase.

Turn imagination into moving or light-up creations! In our screen-free STEAM program, students in grades 3–8 will design, build, and personalize an age-appropriate robot each week and take their creation home after every class!

Students will explore engineering concepts and discover how circuits, components, and everyday materials work together. Each building challenge encourages experimentation and independent thinking. With instructor guidance and room for creativity, they’ll test ideas, troubleshoot problems, and discover how small design changes can make a big difference.

What students will explore

· Circuits and movement: Connect components and discover how their robot functions.

· Engineering and problem-solving: Build, test, troubleshoot, and improve their robots.

· Creative design: Make choices about each robot’s appearance and construction.

· Collaboration and confidence: Exchange ideas, work through challenges, and share what they discover.

Every student builds their own robot. Our open-ended projects encourage individual expression, so even when students start with the same materials, their robots can turn out wonderfully different!

No prior robot-building experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore!
