👧 Camper Requirements

Campers must be 4 years old by the start of camp
Campers must be fully potty-trained
Campers may not attend in diapers

📋 Helpful Daily Reminders

To help camp run smoothly and safely, please keep the following in mind:

Sign-in & Sign-out Required: Campers must be signed in and out each day. Children will only be released to individuals listed on the registration form.
On-Time Pickup: Please pick up your child promptly—our staff may have afternoon commitments.
No Toys or Electronics: Please leave toys, electronics, and valuables at home.
Pack Daily Essentials:
- A healthy snack
- A clearly labeled water bottle
- A lunch
Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen before camp. Spray sunscreen is preferred if sending it along.

👟 What to Wear to Camp

Closed-toe shoes (sneakers preferred) are required to help prevent injuries
Comfortable, play-friendly clothing

🚫 What NOT to Bring

Please do not send your child with toys, electronics, trading cards, water guns, or items of sentimental or monetary value.
The Kenilworth Park District is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

⏰ Late Pickup Fees

$10.00 for the first 15 minutes
$1.00 for each additional minute

Late fees may be paid at the Kenilworth Park District Main Office

💵 Refund Policy

If you have questions about refunds, please contact the Kenilworth Park District Main Office at 847-251-1691.

Withdrawals 5 days or more before the start date: Full refund
Withdrawals less than 5 days before start date: Refund minus 20%
Withdrawals after the program begins: Refunds issued only for illness, injury, or relocation (documentation required)
Refunds are not issued for inclement weather or circumstances beyond District control
Camp fees are not prorated for any reason

The Kenilworth Park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine classes, or change instructors due to enrollment needs. Full refunds will be issued if a program is canceled.

If weather conditions are unsafe, camp activities will move indoors to ensure a fun and safe day for all campers.
