Cost: $144.00 or $18 per class

Boys & Girls

It’s almost basketball season!  Join us to get ready for the Kenilworth Park District House League.  Each session will focus on a variety of skills and games to help players learn and understand the game better.  There will be a focus on skill development, teamwork, and communication. 

Dates:  Saturdays – 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30

Week 1: Footwork, triple threat stance, and utilizing jabs and pivots.  

Week 2: Shooting and jump stop.

Week 3: Dribbling – passing, and combo moves!

Week 4: Defense – toughness, and rebounding.

Week 5: Footwork & Dribbling 

Week 6: Shooting, finishing at the basket (layups). 

Week 7: Dribbling and passing

Week 8: Game Play and contest.
